Sending Data

All JwC users in the SAME Congregation can share data amongst themselves.

It is suggested a sole Elder be selected to alone work in Edit Mode to maintain the Primary Textual data that appears on other users' Summary Pages. That data is maintained on the Editor's Details Pages.

Except for an Initial Excel Import and Documents Import, JwC accepts only data that has been sent from a JwC app dealing with the SAME Congregation.

However you can also send yourself (or others) data in formats other programs, such as Excel or a PDF or Image Viewer, can accept.

Please note that entails both privacy and security concerns! Please do so wisely, if at all.

SInce JwC is designed especially for mobile devices which may differ amongst users, the current most common means of sharing is employed: Email.

By its nature Email is neither secure nor very private. While convenient, please review the other options in Settings | Data.

Actual transmission means will either be by JwC's Internal Emailer (if enabled) or by any Email app you select on your device, or, via Secure Online Storage.
