JW Scheduler

JW Scheduler is a full-featured Congregational Scheduling application on a par with KHS, but available in far more languages.

Uniquely it offers a very low-cost Congregational license so an entire Body and any Assitants can be synchronized users.

Their web site has a separate page for each type of Import / Export.

A. For exporting Publisher data which JwC can use initially or as an update, see their Export Members.

Export from the Members section using the Settings "Everyone" and "All", as shown below:

The exported file icludes data for Service Groups, Households, and Individuals.

It may be placed on your Windows Desktop or other convenient location AND must then be renamed "Jws_Everyone.csv" to be recognized by JwC.

Use JwC's Import | File for retrieval, as explained at Importing Data.

For a complretly new Congregation, you may also want to see New Congregation.

Although JW Scheduler contains Emergency Contact information, that is not included in the export.

You will need to maintain those in JwC manually.
