Note: The number of PVG groups is apt to vary by area, from many nearby to one at most.

Where there are many, one brother may be charged with handling some common concerns among a number of them and you may want to store his information in JwC.

However, generally, each PVG would have a brother assigned who keeps track of needs within his assigned area and then works with other brothers to arrange a visitation schedule.

Usually it would only be necessary to store this one brother's data as others in that PVG receive their assignments through him.

Nonetheless this data area is of "Contacts", rather than "Overseers" so you can decide which brothers' data is most useful to you.

If you feel it is helpful, you can designate a contact as "Nearest" or even as "Chairman", as is also done in the HLC and DRC areas.

Obviously, you can also store data for Contacts in remote areas some of your publishers may travel to for medical aid.
