Android

Android devices are diverse, as are their capabilities. Your device MAY have a pre-installed Print Manager JwC can use, or it may not.

If you try to print in JwC and either are told printing is not available or what does show up is insufficient, you might check the Google Play Store.

Results will vary and this author cannot predict them. For example, I have a Canon wireless Pixma printer and downloaded a Canon Pixma print app.

The app found my printer, registered it, but the app does NOT show up when I click a JwC Print button.

However, in Reports | View, the Canon app is offered as a View choice and, sure enough, I can print from it once I've begun to view it.

If something like that works for you, you might consider turning off ( in Settings | Miscellaneous ) the Internal PDF viewer, at least when you want to print that way!

On the other hand, my Samsung Galaxy phone happened to have an HP utility that was able to register my HP laserjet, even though it isn't wireless.

This DOES show up in JwC Print operations!

So, you may or may not be able to print in Reports and in Directives and Talks; it all depends on your device and its print utilities!
