Notes

Notes are private for each User you've set up in your JwC install, with one available for each defined Entity (any entry other than a Document or Talk).

Notes are not overwritten when you import externally-supplied data.

You can send yourself a backup of your Notes as part of "MyText".

On importing the backup the only notes restored will be for still-existing entities with no current notes.

Please limit notes to what is truly helpful and which, should others become aware of their contents, would not put you in a difficult situation.

They are simply intended as a private memory aid.

If there are sufficient lines you may need to scroll the Note Entry area to see them all, but they will all be there after Saving.

There is a Miscellaneous | Notes page that summarizes all notes throughout JwC and also allows addition / maintenance of Notes found nowhere else in JwC.
